ANSA McAL has appointed Troy Cadogan to the newly established position of Country Head for Guyana and Suriname. The appointment took effect on October 1, 2026.

According to the company, Cadogan will support greater coordination across ANSA McAL’s operations in both territories, build key partnerships and advance the group’s strategic priorities.

Cadogan has more than 25 years of service with ANSA McAL and brings extensive experience in leadership, business development and stakeholder engagement.

Most recently, he served as the company’s Head of External Affairs for Guyana, while also leading ANSA McAL Distribution Inc. as Managing Director. The company said these roles gave him a strong understanding of the local landscape and relationships across the public and private sectors.

ANSA McAL described the appointment as another important chapter in its “Growing With Guyana” journey, reinforcing its commitment to the country while supporting its broader regional ambitions.
